Summary
Story Summary: In a mostly modern Westeros, global advancements in medical knowledge and technology have progressed in efforts to treat mysterious, fantastical maladies. Former hedge knight, Ser Duncan Tall, is inspired to pursue a more stable profession to continue serving, protecting, and helping the smallfolk. He finds himself as part of an incoming class of novice acolytes learning and working at the Grand Infirmary of King’s Landing. Throughout his surgical residency, complex medical cases will challenge his determination, compassion, and resilience. Friendships will blossom, and an unlikely relationship with a certain dragon prince will forge.
Story Notes: Fantasy Medical Drama AU. Multi-POV: will mainly switch between Dunk and Aerion, sometimes to other characters. Fanon characterizations and ships. Mostly Dunkaerion, but also a few other ships. A few OC’s I have made may appear. A few side characters may cross over/be referenced from other series, but I'm rewriting them as if they're AKOTSK characters. There will be a few graphic and NSFW scenes.
