INCIDENT LOG – 10/27/2018 - PCS-06
BEGIN LOG
7:02 AM – Normal shift change in security personnel occurs, with a 5-minute difference in each sector.
7:11 AM – Surface Power Plant reports nominal readings, SCRAM test is scheduled for 12:15 PM the same day.
7:30 AM – SYNTAX runs site status check.
7:34 AM – Security Personnel assigned to the Medium Containment Zone are briefed on the upcoming test.
7:35 AM – SYNTAX reports relay fault within the Reality Anchors containing Anomaly-005 “The Mechanical Artist”
7:45 AM – Maintenance Team B is dispatched to repair the Reality Anchors.
8:52 AM – The Deputy Chief of Security, Assistant Research Director, and an ERMA Senior Coordinator enter the site via helicopter.
9:00 AM – Research Subjects are gathered by Security Personnel and briefed for testing. Researchers are enroute to the RSHZ.
9:15 AM – Research Subjects, Security Personnel, and Researchers are assembled and assigned the designation “Testing Team Alpha” Team consists of 6 Research Subjects, 3 Researchers, and 4 Security Officers.
9:36 AM – Senior Officer J. Richards, Research Assistant R. Mobele, and Technician K. Logan all simultaneously report feelings of nausea, lightheadedness, and body aches. All report to the on-site infirmary.
9:38 AM – Testing Team Alpha reaches the high security transit hub.
9:42 AM – Maintenance Team B reports inability to repair the Reality Anchors with current resources, reports that mineral components of such are severely damaged.
9:59 AM – Transportation Authority reports tram delays due to routine maintenance on tram lines C3, H8, A1, and F6.
10:12 AM – Testing Team Alpha reaches the Medium Containment Zone.
10:17 AM – Testing Team Alpha reaches the containment chamber of Anomaly-005, Maintenance Team has vacated the area.
10:18 AM – Senior Technician R. Johnson advises against testing on Anomaly-005 while the Reality Anchors are non-functional.
10:20 AM – Research Board Officer [REDACTED] orders the test to continue, regardless of the technician’s advisory.
10:21 AM – The Assistant Research Director, Deputy Chief of Security, and ERMA Senior Coordinator sit down for a meeting within the Administrative Sector meeting room A1.
10:23 AM – Test commences.
10:24 AM - [REDACTED]
10:25 AM – Security Officers report an explosion within the Medium Containment Zone.
10:26 AM – SYNTAX reports multiple containment breaches within the Medium Containment Zone.
10:26 AM – Security Teams B, G, and M are dispatched to the Medium Containment Zone.
10:28 AM – Maintenance teams report significant damage to the fire suppression systems and utility tram lines.
10:29 AM – Fire is reported via SYNTAX within the Medium Containment Zone and the Logistics hub. Evacuation is halted by the Containment Breaches.
10:29 AM – Containment Breaches have been reported to affect the majority of the sectors connected to the High Security Transit Hub.
10:30 AM – Site Director M. Cunningham initiates code Lithium Blue throughout the site.
10:31 AM – On-site control room staff initiate several emergency measures to attempt a quarantine of the breaches.
10:31 AM – Collapse of the administration sector results in the death of all in Meeting Room A1 except for the Assistant Director of Research.
10:33 AM – Security Radio is cleared via interception from on-site dispatch. Orders are given to reinforce strategic areas and evacuate staff to appropriate shelters.
10:34 AM – SRU Operatives arrive to the Heavy Containment zone and set up a perimeter.
10:37 AM – A riot is declared in the RSHZ, attempts to contact the assigned security detail are met with no response.
10:38 AM – Security teams are deployed to strategic areas but stretched thin. Response forces stop being referred to as “Medics” and “Security,” but rather “Aid” and “Firepower.”
10:40 AM – Anomalies are reported as far deep as the Research Sector.
10:41 – Evacuation Shelter 04 within the Research Sector is compromised by Anomalies, all inside are reported KIA.
10:42 AM – The Site Director initiates a full lockdown of all shelters, locking at least 37 people outside of them.
10:45 AM – Surface Power Plant is placed into lockdown, the reactor reduces power production to prepare for possible SCRAM activation.
10:46 AM – Site Director M. Cunningham requests aid from ERMA operatives to handle the situation.
10:47 AM – All contact with the Heavy Containment Zone has been lost.
10:52 AM – Security Officers inbound to the Medium Containment Zone report that shots were fired at their tram from the RSHZ.
10:59 AM – Contact is established between AD-Hoc Security Team Juliet and a group of survivors trapped behind rubble. A radio is thrown to the other side.
11:02 AM – ERMA Operatives from the Security Strike Team arrive and establish a base of command around the primary entrance to the site.
11:14 AM – Manual data cord is run between the On-Site control room and the Field Base.
11:17 AM – Two teams of 6 Security Strike Team Operatives each split up and clear the surface power plant. All low-ranking employees are detained or terminated.
11:19 AM – SRT Operatives land at the Field Base on the surface.
11:24 AM – SRT Operatives descend into the site. An armored vehicle is constructed for each 3-man team entering the site.
11:26 AM – SYNTAX Reports significant fire damage to the medium containment zone.
11:28 AM – Security Team Juliet and the trapped survivors are freed and begin making their way towards the tram line.
11:30 AM – Infirmary reports it is at maximum capacity and cannot treat any more victims.
11:31 AM – Security Team Juliet and the survivors are killed by a ceiling turret and tesla gate during their attempted escape.
11:34 AM – SRT Squad Alpha reports the road to the Heavy Containment Zone is blocked by rubble. They then re-route to the RSHZ.
11:35 AM – A small team of SRU Operatives successfully extract with 21 survivors in tow.
11:37 AM – SRT Squad Echo is reported KIA due to anomalies.
11:41 AM – SRT Squad Bravo is reported KIA due to anomalies.
11:45 AM – SRT Squad Charlie reported KIA due to anomalies.
11:47 AM – SRT Squad Alpha reported KIA due to anomalies.
11:52 AM – Response Coordinator and Site Director order full evacuation of all personnel not in an evacuation shelter.
11:53 AM - 12:15 PM – Over 700 casualties reported during panicked evacuation of the site.
12:16 PM – Omega Warhead protocol initiated.
12:28 PM – Omega Warhead protocol completes. PCS-07 is destroyed.
12:30 PM – High-ranking personnel are extracted from the site.
12:45 PM – Agents of the Paranormal Services arrive on site.
1:00 PM – Site decommissioned.
