Vessel turns his open notebook around and slides it over to II for him to read what he wrote. A list with only four names.
It has been months since he woke up from his brief coma, weeks since he moved to his friend’s house, and days since he started working on this list. He isn’t going to commit again. He already died in that Ocean, taken away by the arms of God to be washed clean and then be reborn as a vessel to The Righteous. This time, he’s going to make things right. He’s going to sever all his previous ties to this world.
