    10 days ago, in return for full immunity, Monica had agreed to take down 10 big terrorists in the USA. The first being Wegner. Monica planned to make a “deal” with him and lure Wegner into the trap the FBI had created. While Monica and Wegner were in Prague to finalise the deal, the majority of the LAPD and FBI were in LA to seize the weapons he planned on “selling” to her.
