Summary
Blue Lock Academy is a prosperous school known to form the best female athletes in Japan. Whether it's soccer, figure skating or volleyball, numerous talented girls study here... for the worst and the best. Directed by Jinpachi Ego, the pressure never stops sky-rocketing : with the constant rankings and trials, the students all share one single goal — becoming the best athlete in their category, no matter the cost.
In this chaotic and oppressing environment, friends are more important than ever to the students -even if they are named Shidou. Groupchats with gossip and rumors that DO NOT match the age of the teenagers are frequent, and things only get worse when new hot prodigies arrive on campus. Secrets are revealed, rivalries intensify and the future of Japan seems to develop far more than friendships and mental health issues.
Love had apparently decided to blossom at the possibly worst (or best?) moments possible.
