To my dearest brother, Theo,
By the time you read this, I have already left, so I wanted to apologize for our last time seeing each other for who knows how long to be an argument, an argument over something so petty and stupid.
I realized how badly I messed up immediately after but pride held me back from apologizing to your face. So I’ll say it here, in this letter to you.
I’m sorry, Theo.
I’m sorry for not being the big sister you need now while working and training under him.
I’m sorry for failing to protect you.
I’m sorry for letting our parents die.
I’m sorry for not taking you with me.
I’m sorry that I’m your older sister.
If by any chance we meet again, years later, I’ll say all this to your face.
But if we never meet again, I’ll forever hope that you live the best life that you possibly can.
