Summary
The area wasn’t very lively, and nothing particularly interesting ever happened. Iyo can’t remember the last time she heard an ambulance siren or saw a police officer in uniform. She never overheard neighbors arguing. No litter, no noise pollution, no town scandals. There wasn’t anything to complain about, and sometimes that was the most boring of all.
It's just one of those places, it seems perfectly fine, picturesque some might say. When you first get here it is at least. But the longer the stay, the clearer things become. The maps don’t seem to match what you see, the directions always contradict themselves. What's the point of a GPS that is just as confused as you?
