Elliot is extremely dysphoric, and Jules does what she can.

Elliot often envisioned himself taking a knife and cutting along the bottom of his breasts, two deep gashes along the base and across where his nipple was.
He imagined the pain, but oh the relief as he'd pull out all that unwanted gunk and sew himself back up.
He didn't care if it looked weird. He didn't care if it hurt. He just wanted those damn things gone.
But, wreckless as he was, he wasn't quite dumb enough to actually go through with a DIY top surgery.
No, instead he was curled up in bed in his most oversized sweater, wishing more than anything that he could make them go away.
Jules sat by him. She had some trouble empathizing, due to the fact that he was so distressed by things she would kill for, but she understood how distressing dysphoria could be.
"Hey" she said softly, pulling him out of his spiraling, graphic thoughts. "How do I help you right now?"
"Can you just... Hold me?" he breathed. She managed a small smile as she wrapped her arms around his small frame.
