Summary
Agnes is obsessed with Garth and she wants his attention so much that it scares her. She doesn't understand why she feels this way— she wants to be near him more than anything, but there's only so much that she can do about it. Garth is obsessed with Agnes and he's scared of how much its affecting him. He may no longer believe in Gilead but its what shaped him— what fucked him up into what he is today. He wants to destroy Gilead, but he wants her just a little bit more— to the point where he's jeopardizing his mission to get her.
