Summary
After driving back the Grimm surrounding Vacuo, the war has ground to a halt as both sides turn their attention to the Beacon Relic. Oscar needs time to recover the memories that reveal its location, while Salem has reached a dead end in her search for it. For the first time in what feels like forever, Team RWBY is given something unfamiliar: a fragile peace, and a chance to breathe.
