Schizophrenia frowned as he looked at the comments of his latest YouTube video.
He'd been trying to educate about his condition but, naturally, that came with a lot of backlash from people who didn't understand.
Sick fuck. You should be in an insane asylum.
Oh, so you're just crazy then.
Don't you guys, like, kill people?
He knew he shouldn't take it to heart. They were just YouTube comments at the end of the day.
But, well, it still hurt.
"Alright, time to get off the computer" PTSD said softly, closing Schizophrenia's laptop. Schizophrenia whined in distress at the sudden change. "I know, I know, but you're going to drive yourself crazy looking at that"
"I already am crazy" Schizophrenia argued. PTSD sighed and kissed him on the head.
"You're not, okay? Don't let those people get to you. They don't understand"
"No one understands" Schizophrenia muttered.
"Maybe not completely, but I know you, okay?" the veteran said softly. "And I know you're not a danger"
"Are you sure?"
"Completely" PTSD nodded. "Now, come on, it's late. Let's go to bed"
"Alright..."
