Summary
“God, this movie is so awful and boring,” Ed mumbled as low as he could, grabbing a handful of popcorn from the bucket Lorraine was holding in her lap. He shoved them all in his mouth, his cheeks full as he chewed the sweet and buttery snack.
They hadn’t realized, but they somehow had the whole theater to themselves. It was empty, yet Ed and Lorraine both had everything they needed right there with them. As long as they had each other, they were fine being in any empty and silent room.
“Shh… Ed, it’s not that bad. Pay attention. You’re the one who picked it,” Lorraine whispered back at him, laughing softly.
