Atop the windswept hill, the final ribbon of sunset officially vanished beyond the distant horizon, relinquishing the sky to the deep, enveloping shroud of night. Yet, the darkness brought no loneliness, for above them, countless nocturnal stars began to twinkle, illuminating the entire galaxy.
In the burgeoning shadows of the world, the two silhouettes, one large, one small remained leaned tightly against each other, fusing into one amidst the vast expanse. Their warmth and resolve were so profound that one could feel that even if the apocalypse truly struck tomorrow, even if the world crumbled right beneath their feet, they would have absolutely nothing to fear. For they knew, without a doubt, that they were each other’s entire world.
