Lately life wasnt really on Wemmbu's side. When he tought he finally had peace in the server with his best friend Eggchan after the whole law events things took a really bad turn on them and in the end the angle ended up in a hostage situation again.
But this time everything was a lot more fucked up then all the times before and tıs time he doesnt even know where they were keeping his idiot friend.
Thankfully for him this time he had Jaden with him this time and Wemmbu was glad he wasnt alone this time while saving Egg.
But this gradutate crashed down so hard when the bastard named Yungwill forced both him and Jaden into a death match.
Even when Arachnid came and save them from this stupid fight Wemmbu couldnt help but notice the injures that Jaden had was much more worse than his.
Wemmbu just had a few cuts and brusies around his body. The worst of it was probably just the small gash on his forearm but nothing he cant handle.
On the other hand Jaden had several of those gashes around his body. He had one at his thigh,one at his side and one at his shoulder.
The ones around his thigh and side didnt looked that bad but the one at his shoulder looked pretty nasty. In addition to that Jaden also had a busted eyebrow and several brusies and cuts over his body too.
Wemmbu winced internly.
He probably went really hard on Jaden when the poor man himself litterly did everything he could to not hit Wemmbu while trying dodge all the attacks Wemmbu throwed at him.
Both of them knew it was a death match and both of them clearly avoided to kill the other one.
He also knew Jaden wasnt really gone hold a grudge for this but he couldnt help but feel worried.
Wemmbu already didnt knew where Egg was and this was driving him totally insane he definetly doesnt want to lose another friend. Not yet.
So yeah. Probably cause of his bottled of nerves and anger ,which he usually cannot contain, and his will to stay alive and reunite with Egg he went really rough on Jaden.
Poor Jaden.
When Wemmbu was sure they were at a good distance away from the arena ,and there were no Yungy around, he grabbed Jaden's uninjured arm and pulled him into a corner space which only gained an suprised yelp from the pirate.
After looking around and making sure nobody was around currently he let go of Jaden and looked over at him checking the injures.
"Yo. You good bro?"
He asked as he grabbed his other arm and checked his wounds.
Jaden ,who looked kinda confused, blinked a few times and mumbled
"Of course am I dude. Why did you as- AGH! WHAT THE FUCK-"
A pained wince escaped his mouth when Wemmbu just looked at him with an raised eyebrow as he intentionally squeezed the pirates shoulder a little just to prove his point cause why not?
"Yeah I guess so. Sit down" He declared and pulled Jaden down so the man could sit down.
He waited for an pyhsicall protest from Jaden but only a verbal protest came from the said Pirate.
"Wemmbu bro I am fine. Really. I wont slow us down just from a few cuts"
"Shut your ass up Jaden. I dont give a fuck about your opinions about this right now." Wemmbu sighed as he knelt down infront of the pirate to take a better look at him.
And suprisingly Jaden didnt said anything He Just mumbled something about how ridecoulus that was ,which Wemmbu didnt cared, and sat down and waited for Wemmbu to finish what he was doing.
Wemmbu didnt commented on it tho. He wasnt gone ask premession to help one of his friends.
He first took a look over the deep gash on his shoulder and winced. Yup it was pretty nasty. It was deep and big. He needed to take a better look at it. Wemmbu reached out and gripped the hem of Jaden's shirt.
"Yo take this off. The shirt is on my way"
"At least buy me a dinner first bro"
"Okay. Then bleed out and die JadenMAN"
"Chill man. I am just joking"
"Whatever dude"
Wemmbu took his hand away and waited for Jaden to do this insted.
After a few seconds Jaden reached out and pulled his arm out of the shirt and freed it with a few winces and "ouches".
Well he didnt took the shirt off but his injured arm was now out of the damn shirt so Wemmbu didnt cared about it.
Wemmbu took a look at the cut then looked at his inventory. He didnt had anything else beside a golden apple and a healing potion and he didnt really want to use them if it is not necessary but if needed he will. But first he needed to stop the bleeding.
Wemmbu just ripped a long cloth out of his own shirts sleeve and pressed it against the gash which made Jaden wince.
"Ouch-! Dude!"
"Well we have to stop this bleeding so bare with it for a while"
After the bleeding almost stopped he took another look at the gash. It needed stitches but since he doesnt had any materials and he seriously didnt knew how to stitche people. When he needed one eathier Egg or Minute was the one who stitched him.
Too close it he has to use his one and only healinh poiton which was a shame but he didnt really felt remorse.
He took the poiton over his inventory and handed it to Jaden
"Here. But you owe me an healing poiton"
"Thanks dude"
Jaden noded and took the poition. He didnt really owned Wemmbu and both of them knew it.
When Jaden took the poiton he didnt drinked it yet he Just looked at Wemmbu for a few seconds and after a few dumb seconds Wemmbu understood what he meant and turned his head away.
Jaden probably wanted Wemmbu to turn his head away so he could take his mask off.
To be honest Wemmbu really wanted to see Jaden's face but he respected peoples privacy ,most of the time, so he didnt looked.
After a few minutes he felt a tap on his shoulder and he turned around to look at Jaden. The mask was back on and the bottle was half empty.
"Why you didnt drink the whole of it?"
"Bro you have injures too. I am not selfish"
"Yeah but I am not bleeding out"
"I dont give a fuck"
Wemmbu didnt commented on the last words and just sighed really loudly and dramaticly.
The gashes around his body began to close which was an enough win for Wemmbu. The gashes on his thigh and side fully closed along side with other cuts.
He took a long look at the shoulder. It looked fine. Yes it leaved a scar but it looked fine.
But Wemmbu didnt want to take any risks and decided to bandage it.
Since the cloth he earlier ripped was fully blood soaked he threw it away and ripped another cloth out of his clothing. This time it was from his cape.
"Bro when we are out of this you owe me an shirt and cape and I mean this"
"Sure man"
After a last look he Just began to wrap the cloth around his shoulder as an makeshift bandage. When Wemmbu was satisfed with it he took his hands away and noded
Jaden his arm back inside his shirt without any wince this time and looked at it.
"Thanks Wemmbu. I appreicate it"
The words were simple and short. Yet Wemmbu felt really satisfed with what he done. He Just noded and chugges the other half of the health poiton.
"Dont thank me bro. In this fucking hole we have to look out for eachother."
Jaden didnt commented much more. He didnt needed to say anything more. He Just get up and extanded his hand for Wemmbu.
"Lets found Egg Wemmbu"
Wemmbu looked at Jaden and his hands for a long while. He should be furious with Jaden. He really should hate the man after what happend with Rejoice but after a long time Wemmbu really learnt how to forget and forgive.
Like Rejoice said.
So he Just took the hand extanded to him and get up. Then he looked at Jaden ,who he considers as a close friend now, and mumbled.
"Yes. Lets fucking found Egg"
