Summary
In the fall of 2034, Dr. Penelope Eurylocatos lead the excavation of New Ogygia, an ancient island newly emerged from beneath the Mediterranean sea. Here she found something most unexpected- a collection of papyri bound to make a diary. Yet despite its use of hieroglyphics and the ancient Egyptian dating system, its story seems to based on one of the most famous of Ancient Greek epics- the Odyssey.
Its author writes from the view of Odysseus' infamous second and brother-in-law, Eurylochus of Same, after Odysseus lost to the famous Circe, and was transformed into a pig just as his men had been. Its pages recount the lengths Eurylochus went to undo the witch's spell and get every man home, and the horrors he suffered in the process.
This one-of-a-kind marvel was translated by Dr. Eurylocatos and published here alongside the stunning if amateur drawings found within its pages. Read on to see Eurylochus as you've never seen him before.
