Summary
In 1987, during a brief thaw of the Cold War, David Hollander falls in love with the right person at exactly the wrong time.
For a few impossible months in Montreal, David and Soviet exchange student Grigori Rozanov build a life in the space between closing doors before the pressures of reality tear them apart.
