Chapter Text
It's early in the morning. The sun just raised and it's shines started to go through the window right straight up to Elliots face.
Sunshines on Elliots face made him wince and open his eyes. He looked at the clock on the wall infront of the bed, what he believed with his blurry eyes, said 6:55 in the morning. Great. Just 5 minutes before his alarm would have went off.
Elliot needed to fight against the want of continuing cuddling with Mafioso in the warm bed, who was sleeping peacefully on the other side of the bed. Unfortunately for Elliot he still needed to get up to get ready for work and open the pizzeria alongside with Lulu.
Elliot, as always, quietly get out of the bed, turned off the alarm before it went off and turned around to make sure he didn't disturb Mafiosos good sleep.
Mafioso work starts only at evening tonight be cause today he is taking care of the casino instead of watching and controlling everything in Dreamsphere and of course, collecting debts from dreamwalkers. So Mafioso can afford a longer sleep today than Elliot and also gets a forehead kiss from Elliot before Elliot himself heads to bathroom to do morning routine.
After morning routine was done and breakfast was ate, Elliot collected fresh work uniform from laundry. Usually work uniforms are getting washed at pizzaplace but sometimes Elliot is too tired to change to normal clothes and goes home with work uniform what he later washes there.
Before Elliot was ready to go he entered the bedroom for the last time to give last kiss for Mafioso on a cheek as a goodbye. As Elliot didn't mean to wake Mafioso up unfortunately he saw how Mafioso moved a bit after the kiss and mumbled something what Elliot didn't get at first.
"Sorry, I didn't mean to wake you, just wanted to say goodbyes before I head out, anyways love you!" Elliot whispered quietly and ready to leave but he was slightly pulled back as Mafioso took his hand.
Mafioso without opening his eyes bringed Elliot hand to his face and kissed it once gently, saying "Mm... Love you too.." and then let go of Elliots hand falling into sweet sleep slumber again.
Elliot chuckled at this cute gesture and left the house, pulling out his phone from pants pocket.
He approached his bike while opening a chat with Lulu.

As the conversation ended Elliot put his phone in his backpack and sat on his bike, starting to drive to pizzaplace.
Usually he uses his moped to drive around but last day Mafioso picked him up and they went home together so the moped stayed at the parking spot.
The drive didn't take too long time even with a bike since Elliot is living pretty much near to the pizzaplace. But it wasn't the thing what suprised him. He was more surprised by Lulu who was already standing at parking, waiting for him.
As Elliot approached, Lulu took off her headphones, ready to greet him.
"Hi Ell! Got a bit tired already huh? The work didn't even start yet!" Of course she was kidding, they both knew Elliot is like almost the most hardworking person in the town if not the most.
"Heh, yeah, you got me, hope you didn't wait for me for too long tho" Elliot said as he was a bit worried that Lulu really needed to wait for him outside for too long. He really cared about people and their health especially if these people are friends, family or loved ones.
"Eh, don't you worry about that! I just got here as well." These words made Elliot feel a bit of relief.
"Alright then, let's head inside and prepare stuff for opening!" They both went inside of the restaurant, went the changing rooms to change into working uniform and then start to work.
Lulu mostly took care of preparations such as, making enough marinara sauce, cutting ingredients for the pizza, preparing pizza boxes. Elliot, on the other side mostly was busy by ordering ingredients and stuff for next days, checking storage, unloading goods from trucks.
Other co-workers always said that these two are great at teamwork especially with eachother and there is no wonder why. Lulu and Elliot were friends from the childhood, their families are friends with eachother as well. As they were children they played a lot together, had similar hobbies, went to same school and in their college years Lulu was often babysitting Mia while Elliot was already starting get busy at pizzaplace. These two actually went to hell and back... Well with their shared past with c00lkid and 007n7 accidents, this phrase can be said as quite literally as these two share same loss... So good that these two demons finally got punished and there was no accidents with them for years now.
The time went fast and it was the time when other workers appeared and it wasn't too long time to wait for opening.
"Well another work day huh, hope no one will put a can of soda into the oven" Lulu said this as partly a joke since there is a real problem with people going that.
"Yeeeeah but I sense this day will go smoothly, without any accidents... I really hope so.." the last part Elliot said really quietly so Lulu didn't catch it.
"So, I'm gonna go cashier, you wanna be a cook right now I suppose?" Saying this Elliot already was putting off his apron.
"Yep, gotta watch these guys not setting the place on fire" After these words Lulu quietly pointed a finger at few people who were in the kitchen at the moment, ready to cook some pizzas.
"All right, if you need me I'm always near and if you see something really suspicious don't hesitate to call for Dued" Even after years without any hacking accidents Elliot has a habit to say this.
"Don't ignore your break times tho, me and others really care about you and your health Elliot." Lulu was really serious while saying this, she didn't want Elliot tire himself out completely like he did a few months ago, likely her, his family and Mafioso finally knocked healthy life routine into him and he was standing pretty good these months.
"Will do, I promise, good luck out here!" Giving last goodbyes to Lulu, Elliot went to main hall ready to get first orders.
