Summary
"A true king knows his people fed before he sits to feast. A good king knows his people safe before he takes his rest. He thinks twice and thrice and yet again before he makes request."
History remembers Joffrey I Lannister-Baratheon not as the petulant boy who tore the realm apart but as the monarch who forged it anew. Obsessed with the ambiguous concepts of legacy, duty, faith and embracing his proud Westerlander heritage, a very pragmatic young prince takes his throne after the death of King Robert I Baratheon. History remembers him as the King who shaped not just his dynasty, but the realm, the world and indeed, an entire era.
