The customer looked at Aventurine.
"He's a doctor," Aventurine said.
"PHD in mathematics?"
"Of many things, 8 to be precise" he smirk while slowly linking his hand to Ratio’s arm.
The customer nodded slowly as he picked up his decorative pillow and walked toward a different register. "Then I'll just... use the self-checkout," he muttered. Aventurine laughed at that which makes Ratio confused, “I don't understand what's funny," Ratio said.
"Nothing," Aventurine giggled "Everything. You." He patted Ratio's cheek. "Never change, my dearest doctor, don’t you ever change who you are”
Ratio's brow furrowed but he didn't argue.
