Techno's life has always felt like hell in disguise. Five children in one household, living in the underground? Yeah, hell.
He loves his family and his family loves him, that's all that mattered to him.
They were together through every challenge, every decision made, they stuck through it as a true family. They were happy.
Tragedy struck when the Civil War came. Techno got separated from his family, he looked around desperately and soon reunited with his mother and younger brother, Tommy.
"Mom! Where's the others?"
"I don't know! All of us got separated!"
"This war is getting worse by the minute! We need to find them!"
They started running around the battlefield and spotted the eldest younger sibling.
"Elise! Where's dad?"
"I was with Rose but we separated to cover more ground! I haven't seen dad yet!"
Rose, the youngest of the five, went out to search for their father and other sister, Faith.
"We need to find them! Before it becomes worse!" Tommy yelled.
For hours, they searched everywhere for the others before a retreat was called.
"We need to go back!" Elise insisted.
"No! Not yet, we still haven't found the others!" Techno argued back.
"Maybe their already there! We can't risk being here for too long!" Their mother said.
The family ran back to the end of the bridge, they see the Tech Family with some other people who looked like they saw a ghost, but they ignored that and looked around for their family. Soon, Tommy spotted them and the family rushed to each other's side.
"We were so worried you guys died!" Faith yelled.
"Oh sweetie, we would never die like that, if we were to die, we die as a family." Their mother said as the family hugged each other tight.
They were finally together once more...
BANG!
Techno didn't remember anything else after that.
Techno woke up next to his brother, who too was awake.
"Tommy... are you okay? Where's... the others?"
"I don't know where they are, I tried asking the nurse but she said she didn't know either except that there was an explosion."
That explains the loud bang.
"We need to find them, maybe we can ask a survivor or--"
The door opened to Faith and Rose, no mom, no dad, no Elise.
"Faith, Rose what happened? Why is Rose in a wheelchair?"
"Rose...lost her legs, mom and dad are still unconscious and Elise..."
"What happened?"
Faith then explained the situation. After the explosion, Rose's legs were crushed by rubble from a building and Elise was alive but had permanent brain damage and was in a vegetative state, the doctors said it was a miracle she's alive, but Elise not being able to wake up was practically being dead.
Hatred filled in Techno's heart, he hated the heroes, he hated HACC, Rose is only twelve while Elise just turned eighteen a month ago, and HACC dared to hurt them? His sisters?
He swore to take revenge for his family, he will do anything, and this time, nothing is holding him back now.
It has been two years since bridge. Techno is a villain with his bestfriend Dream, they just came back from the Hemlockes, stealing priceless jewelry that could cover both their family's needs, they were visiting Techno's home to see how his family was doing.
After hearing the news, his mother died of a broken heart just a week after. His father worked two jobs to support his siblings, Tommy despite only being sixteen, was working double shifts at a shitty restaurant that barely pays enough, Faith took care of Rose most of the time, she stopped eating breakfast everyday for her, Elise was still in her coma and Rose was miserable without her legs. She used to love running with her friends and now? Her "friends" barely notice her anymore, too ashamed to be next to her.
Their family was in the dumps, they were struggling and the heroes are just turning a blind eye to it. It was rare to see a hero that respected and defended the underground, that's why everyone loves the vigilantes and underground heroes, they actually care about them. They don't give a crap to what HACC has to say, they stick to their morals, which is what a true hero should be.
Him and Dream lost so much because of HACC, they were going to get their revenge, no matter how long it takes.
'My dear siblings, you will get the life you deserve. I promise, no matter how much I need to give.'
