   Summary

   When Rose isn't able to visit Shane before the end of summer 2017, she instead invites him out to LA for a couple days to be her date to a premiere. It all sounds great. Shane hasn't seen Rose in a long time and he can't wait to catch up. Plus, Rose is one of the only people on the planet who knows the real reason behind Shane's trip to the cottage this summer and getting to talk to her about "Lily" feels very freeing.
   But rumors start to fly fast about Shane Hollander and Rose Landry possibly being back together and soon everyone is talking about it. Shane knows where he stands in all of this: he loves Ilya and he only wants to be with him, but when he can't speak those words, dealing with those rumors gets tricky, even with Rose on his side.
