   Summary

   It was only supposed to last two weeks. At first, it almost felt like summer vacation—until office worker Elena loses her job in the middle of a global pandemic. Desperate for money and running out of options, she takes the only work she can find: becoming a blood donor. But when Elena catches the attention of a certain vampire, she realizes survival may come with a price she never expected.

   I was inspired by the IWTV tv show and wondered how the True Blood characters would handle the crisis. Like those ancient vampires have lived through plagues before but a shutdown like this cut off their food source (confinement).
