“Should we continue exploring this area? I mean after we rest of course.” Wonder asked while sitting on one of the chairs in the safe room.
“Yes I think it's a good idea to continue exploring this area.” Manaka said. “Is everyone alright? If yall need anything just let me know” She added.
Sumi was acting weird, he kept putting his hand on his leg, while the others were just sitting and relaxing.
“Sepia, give me your leg.” Kira said standing up in front of Toshiya.
“Uh?”
“I’ve been seeing so many people touching their legs like that, did a shadow hit you there?” He said while sitting beside Sumi and grabbing his leg, pulling up the left side of Sumi’s pants, revealing a path of blood connecting to a wound. “And I was right, you are so bad at lying.”
“It's just some small wound.”
“Even if it's small it still needs to be at least clean, or you want to get an infection?” Manaka opened the emergency kit Wonder gave her and took out some tissues, alcohol, and bandages, handing them to Kitazato. “Even a child knows the risk of not treating a wound.” The doctor said in a lower voice but loud enough for Toshiya to hear.
Kira poured alcohol on one of the tissues, giving Sumi the “this will hurt” look. As Kira pressed the tissue around the leg, Toshiya was starting to feel uncomfortable. “I hate this.” Sumi whispered.
“You should be more careful in battle.” Kitazato said while putting the bandage around Toshiya’s leg.
“How…how do you noticed? I’m surprised” Sumi said, finally looking at Kira’s almond eyes.
“It's something we learned early on medical school, it is easy to tell when someone is hurt and needs medical assistance.” Kitazato put the objects back in the emergency kit. “Done.”
“Wait Dr. Messa! What about the ‘get well’ kiss?” Sumi said in a playful tone, making the doctor smiled a little.
“Sorry Mr. Sepia, I can't” Kira pointed at the beak in his mask.
“Ok lovebirds, it's time to keep exploring.” Lufel said looking annoyed by the couple
“Haha they're so cute!” Manaka said.
As they left the safe room, Sumi grabbed Kira’s hand, making him blush and smile a little.
