Here's the code for my bullets skin. Big thanks to Zerafinacss whom I modified some of their code, their tumblr is linked.
This skin is mostly optimized for mobile as that is what I use, it still works on PC, it just looks a lil worse in the header/footer.
You can either grab the entire skin in the last chapter OR grab the parent skin and add on which extras you want.
I am not a professional, this code is janky in some places.
