[Grace and Rocky play Minecraft - Episode 1]

Human Ryland Grace [GRACE] and Eridian Rocky [ROCKY] are sitting on what appears to be a couch located in a large, well lit room; a triangular window behind them, framed by potted plants, allows the vaguely blurry view of a beach. Grace is sitting cross-legged with a laptop perched lopsidedly on his knees, while Rocky has three of his five arms tucked under himself, the other two propped on another laptop with an extra screen connected to it, placed on a small lap table in front of him. He is wearing a clear xenonite suit which has, for some reason, a pair of triangles attached on top of it.
[GRACE] Hello, Earth! Today we bring you something a little different—
[ROCKY] Excite excite excite! Many humans on twitter ask Rocky about videogames.
[GRACE] Yep.
[ROCKY] Rocky tried lots human entertainment media, but not videogames! Excite!
[GRACE] Videogames are a bit more involved than movies or books, but I’m sure you’ll get the hang of it quickly enough.
[ROCKY] Yes! Rocky watch on the you tube how humans play videogames. Is easy.
[GRACE] Oh?
[ROCKY] You just press buttons to perform actions! Easy.
[GRACE] Wait, when did you even have the time to do that?
[ROCKY] Rocky can watch humans while work, can do many things at the same time.
[GRACE] Right. Of course. Wait, is that why—
Grace makes a vague gesture toward the triangles on top of Rocky’s xenonite suit. Rocky’s carapace tilts upward, almost as if glancing at them.
[ROCKY] Many humans wear triangle-thingies on their heads when playing. Unsure of function, but did not have time to ask Grace about it, so Rocky added them, to be sure.
Grace starts laughing, reclining sideways over the armrest on his side of the couch and almost dropping his laptop, which he catches at the last second.
[ROCKY] Why Grace laughing, question? Is true! Humans had triangles, statement!
[GRACE] I know, buddy, you are right.
He continues laughing, reclining even more.

[ROCKY] Rocky still not like how happy Grace killing spiders.
[GRACE] Aaw, Rock. C’mon, don’t be mad—
[ROCKY] Grace said Rocky is like space spider. Grace kill video game spider and laughs!
[GRACE] It was a nervous laugh! That thing scared the beejesus out of me!
[ROCKY] Grace wimpy, statement.
[GRACE] sighs

[GRACE] What is this?
[ROCKY] Rocky is making machine for sugar cane. Much more efficient than punching.
[GRACE] Did you… Look up how to use redstone?
[ROCKY] No, why, question?
[GRACE] Most people find it a little confusing, when trying Minecraft for the first time.
Rocky stops in the act of moving his mouse and tapping on the keyboard, and his in-game character freezes with it. He seems to ponder the concept for a moment.
[ROCKY] What confusing about redstone, question? Is like building machine with functions. Easy.
[GRACE] Yeah, most people aren't super-genius engineers, bud. I guess I should’ve figured.
[ROCKY] Mmmh.
[GRACE] …What?
[ROCKY] Grace being flattering. What do you want, question?
[GRACE] Can’t I simply compliment my dearest friend?
[ROCKY] Grace just wants Rocky to forgive the spider killing, doesn’t he, question?
[GRACE] Ah, caught with my hands in the cookie jar.
[ROCKY] …Grace hands on Earth-thinking-machine, statement.

[ROCKY] You spent all time on square house, question?
[GRACE] ...Oh, yeah, I guess you can’t see much of the different blocks I’ve used.
[ROCKY] Grace spends two hours on single square house.
[GRACE] It’s not just square. And it’s been so long since I last played this game, there are so many new blocks— May I say that the fact Minecraft is still being updated to this day is mind-blowing? If we take time dilation into consideration, this game is now older than me. And the last update came out last month. That is some serious commitment.
[ROCKY] Game older than Grace, question? That why visuals all blocky, question?
[GRACE] Nah, that’s just a stylistic choice.
[ROCKY] Interesting interesting interesting. Rocky research more about videogames! Wants to know more about videogames!
[GRACE] Did you have fun?
[ROCKY] Yes, mine and craft much fun! Grace Rocky must play again!
[GRACE] Yeah, this was fun. I guess there will be a second episode, then!
[ROCKY] Next time, Grace do something useful instead of building boring square house.

Never have I felt more kinship with another human being in my life, and that human being is sitting like, a bazillion miles away from me. I hate creepers, and so does the saviour of two planets. This is the best timeline.

You know, Grace is right. It IS mind-blowing that minecraft is still being updated to this day. The studio was still dropping updates even in the middle of a brush with a new ice age. Minecraft devs are just built different, I guess.
It took me a while to understand what the triangles on Rocky’s suit were meant to be, but when it clicked I couldn’t stop laughing! That’s so funny!
Also I love Grace’s house, it’s so cute! It’s sad that Rocky can’t see colors : ( if he could he’d understand that the house isn’t boring at all!

So, Minecraft’s official website is down, because people went on it en-masse to check out Dr. Grace’s account to see his skin history and absolutely demolished the servers. I know because I did the exact same thing, lmaooooooo

Human Ryland Grace [GRACE] and Eridian Rocky [ROCKY] are sitting on the couch that is now customary to most of their videos not pertaining to anything scientific. Between them there’s a big bucket of ‘popcorn’, likely the result of one of their many educational videos in which they break down the science of trying to create imitations of Earth foods with their resources on Erid.
[GRACE] Welcome back, Earth! This is another one that was highly requested…
[ROCKY] Lots and lots and lots. Humans very curious, like Eridians!
[GRACE] That’s a sweet way to put it. I’ll be honest, I’m not quite sure how to feel about all of this.
[ROCKY] Mmmh. Grace shy. Feels weird about movie being made based on him.
[GRACE] I mean, who wouldn’t?
[ROCKY] Rocky wouldn’t. Eridians compose many ballads about Grace Rocky saving stars. Many, many ballads.
[GRACE] Heh, touché. In any case, the movie isn’t really just about me, is it? It just feels a little strange, is all— Most of the time these sorts of movies are made after the people in the story are long gone…
[ROCKY] Not always. Grace told me about movie of the book of faces.
[GRACE] Good point.
[ROCKY] Rocky had to convince Grace. Rocky very curious to see movie about Grace Rocky saving stars!
[GRACE] He was insistent. Very insistent.
Rocky stands up proudly, making Grace chuckle.
[GRACE] In any case, huh— I hope this video doesn’t get us copystriked. A reminder that any and all proceedings made on this channel are funneled toward various charitable causes on Earth, since I literally have no reason to use currency, and that I wish luck to any lawyer trying to hand me a cease&desist letter. Just food for thought.
[ROCKY] …Grace needs to feed thoughts, question? Grace never said, question?!
[GRACE] No, that’s— Rocky, don’t worry, it’s just a way of saying.
[ROCKY] Ah. Human speech weird.
[GRACE] You said it, bud. C’mon, let’s get to watch this thing before I change my mind.

[GRACE] I think I did, actually. How did they know…?

[GRACE] I am… Slightly alarmed at the amount of details that are weirdly true to life. [starts to mumble] How did they even get around Stratt to make this thing…?
Rocky goes still and turns ever so slightly toward Grace. He gives the distinct impression of someone making squinty eyes, despite his lack of facial features.

[ROCKY] …Is Grace… Ok, question?
[GRACE] It’s— Fine. I’m fine.
[ROCKY] Maybe we can stop movie—
[GRACE] I’m ok, bud. I won’t lie to you, this isn’t… Easy to watch. But it happened. In a weird way I’m— Glad they weren’t just swept under the rug, you know? I’m glad they are remembered and honored. They deserve it.
Rocky doesn’t reply. He moves away the bucket of ‘popcorn’ with gentle gestures, before scooting closer to Grace. Grace smiles with a glint of tears in his eyes, putting a hand on top of Rocky’s xenonite suit. They continue watching in silence.

[ROCKY] Grace really bad pilot. Rocky was afraid you’d crash Hail Mary in Blip-A!
[GRACE] The fact we are only seeing me freaking out is really unfair. What about you, huh? Movie makers, why aren’t we seeing Rocky freaking out about making contact with intelligent alien life? This is unfair!
[ROCKY] But that would not be true. Rocky was very calm.
[GRACE] …Were you?
[ROCKY] Well… Rocky was calm-excited. Rocky had been waiting long time for Hail Mary to get closer so Rocky Grace could be friends!
[GRACE] Wait, you knew the Hail Mary was coming for how long, exactly?
[ROCKY] Rocky noticed that Blip-A radars perceived infrareds of Hail Mary’s astrophage engines one year, three months, two days, five hours before Hail Mary’s arrival in Tau-Ceti’s orbit.
[GRACE] Oh my God. You never told me!
[ROCKY] We never talk about it, before now.
[GRACE] Wow. Ok. That… Explains some things. Wow. I’m sorry I made you wait, bud.
[ROCKY] Grace did not make Rocky wait. Hail Mary moving at maximum velocity possible for it, and Grace still asleep when Rocky saw Hail Mary for first time.
[GRACE] Aw, man… It’s weird to think that I was still stuck in a coma while you knew I was coming— Oh, come here.
Grace drags Rocky even closer. Rocky adjusts his position, now half sitting in Grace’s lap with two of his arms lolling over Grace’s knee. They seem very comfortable.

[ROCKY] It’s Rocky! Amaze amaze amaze!
[GRACE] Huh, they got your likeness pretty close. At this point I’m going to assume there’s either a lot more declassified video logs from the Hail Mary that have been made public than I imagined, or… They were forcibly made public in some other way, I guess. There are way too many specific details they really nailed down for this to be a coincidence.
[ROCKY] Oooh, video logs! Like one Rocky introduced himself to Earth, question?
[GRACE] Yep.
[ROCKY] And the one Grace whining about ‘privacy being at a premium’—
[GRACE] Hey, now—
[ROCKY] Grace do lots whining in video logs, actually.
[GRACE] Ok, let’s not talk about that anymore. Did you know that they made you in the movie using a puppet? It isn’t just a visual effect!
[ROCKY] Oooh, puppet good, yes! Happy happy happy!

[GRACE] Ooooh my Gooood— I’m so happy they just quickly went over that whole making chain for weeks part. I wish we could’ve skipped that whole making chain for weeks part—

[GRACE] It was. And a deserved party, too, if you ask me.
[ROCKY] Mmmh. Rocky miss big party with big screens. Rocky ask Adrian to make a new Don’t-Go-Crazy room in biodome, so we can have another party!
[GRACE] You know what? I’m down with that plan. And I bet Adrian would like a new project to work on— They’ve been hounding me.
[ROCKY] [a brief, musical noise that doesn’t get picked up by the translator], question? New word.
[GRACE] Wow. We’re still adding those after all this time. Just a sec—
Grace leans somewhat off-camera, followed by a brief noise of keys being tapped on a laptop, before he relaxes back on the couch with his arm thrown over Rocky.
[GRACE] Hounding. It’s like… Being demanding. Following someone to ask them questions a little too insistently.
[ROCKY] …Adrian too bossy, question?
[GRACE] No, no! I was just teasing. They’ve been asking me if I want new areas added to the biodome, didn’t seem convinced when I said I was a-ok. I suspect they just want new things to work on, you know?
[ROCKY] Mmmh. Adrian not like not having projects, like Rocky. Grace not like not having projects, too.
[GRACE] That’s true.
[ROCKY] Better give Adrian things to do. Adrian grumpy when bored.
[GRACE] [laughs] Well, thankfully we have a new project for them, now!

[ROCKY] But that not what happened! That is a lie! Lie!
[GRACE] Rock—
[ROCKY] Grace not die! Grace went to Erid!
[GRACE] I know, bud. We know that— They didn’t.
[ROCKY] But we worked hard so Grace can talk to Earth—
[GRACE] I know, I know, but this movie was made before that. All Earth knew— From the video logs I sent with the beetles, all they knew was that I was turning back to try and get you out of trouble. And— I suppose they also knew I must’ve succeeded, to a degree, by observing Erid’s sun returning to its previous luminosity. But they had no reason to believe that I could make it to Erid, you know?
Rocky moves in a way that seems to betray discomfort.
[GRACE] They didn’t know I was still alive and, huh— Well, logic pointed to me not being so, which—
[ROCKY] Yes. Rocky knows.
[GRACE] …Buddy.
[ROCKY] Rocky not want to talk about this anymore. Movie finished, question?
[GRACE] …Yeah… Yeah, the movie is finished.
There is a sudden cut to Grace sitting alone on the couch, wearing different clothes. He rubs at his neck, looking somewhat sheepish.
[GRACE] Hey, huh— This is probably going to be a little disappointing for a lot of you guys, but we accidentally left the camera running while we took our break in the middle of the movie and ran out of memory right at the end. Rocky and I spoke a bit about the movie thinking it was being recorded, but that wasn’t the case. Sorry about that.
He shifts on his seat a little more.
[GRACE] So I’m recording this the day after. I thought about asking Rocky if we wanted to record another discussion, but… I think I prefer not to. I mean, you all saw him— He was a little upset at the end. He had good things to say, too, once he calmed down but, well— I just don’t feel like forcing him to think about that, for now.
He pauses for a moment, drumming his fingers over his knee.
[GRACE] I don’t think I need to tell any of you, I assume it’s probably clear enough in the footage, but we experienced plenty of emotional moments. In a way, I think that is a net positive, when it comes to assigning value to the quality of this movie. It was clearly very well researched, and while there were some inevitable artistic liberties taken, or filling in the gaps of what nobody could’ve possibly known— Well, a lot of the stuff was really accurate to how things went, so everyone involved gets a thumbs-up from us!
He grins a little as he makes a thumbs-down toward the camera.
[GRACE] Personally, I really liked how visually beautiful the movie was! Like, I won’t sugarcoat it, nothing compares to seeing the things I’ve seen with my own eyes, out there, but— I did appreciate the work that was put into making this movie look the way it did, I appreciate it quite a lot. I thoroughly enjoyed the music, and so did Rocky! He said it was very beautiful— That is high-praise, coming from an Eridian!
He chuckles, shrugging.
[GRACE] And he loved the Rocky-puppet, which I’m sure comes as no surprise— We all know how much he likes his puppet shows. He also liked the interpretation of, well… Me. He said the actor really acted like me, which, well— I suppose I can’t really judge. I hardly have an unbiased view of how I come across to others, after all! For what is worth, I think the puppeteers and Rocky’s voice actor also did a fantastic job at portraying him. I can only imagine everyone involved must’ve watched and rewatched all those video logs ad nauseum, so… Well, thank you for all the love and care you all put into portraying our story. At first I was afraid it would be a lot more… How do I put it… Hollywood-ized, compared to what really happened, but the whole thing was honestly this close to being a documentary, to be honest.
He chuckles again, sounding a little nervous.
[GRACE] I was afraid of that, but now part of me wishes the movie was a lot more dramatized and grandiose— A bit more removed from reality. Is it weird? Maybe it’s a little weird, I don’t know— Well, don’t take it the wrong way. Most of me sincerely appreciates the fact that the vast majority of the movie was nothing more than exactly what happened… I guess it was just a little hard for the both of us, to sort of experience those difficult times yet again— Almost uncanny. [sigh] I’m just rambling, now. It’s probably better to end things here. Sorry if this last section isn’t exactly what you all expected, but, well… It is how it is. Until next time, Earth.

I cried a lot when I watched this movie, back in the day… Watching this video made me cry even more. It’s no wonder the both of you got upset, at times… I mean, you LIVED this stuff.
Tbh I’m not sure if it was right, posting this video. I know a lot of people asked, but I HOPE everyone here would’ve been understanding, if you said you preferred not to share the recording or, heck, even just preferred not to watch the movie in the first place. And I hope you didn’t feel forced to post it because you felt pressured by all the comments and requests : / we all love your videos, but there has to be a line in the sand, especially when things get as personal as this one. You’re allowed to say no.

@magikadoka Well… They went through the many steps of editing and posting the video, so I assume they were ok with sharing. But yeah, I also kinda agree with @MarinaK, I also hope they didn’t feel pressured to post it. This was a hell of an interesting watch, especially when they went into more details about what happened on the mission, but it also got so incredibly uncomfortable, at times. It felt like I was intruding on something I wasn’t meant to ever see.
Much love to you both, Grace and Rocky. You went through something truly harrowing, and you did all of it for the sake of both Earth and Erid. You are true heroes. It’s like, really sinking in, now, for me. Words cannot express the depths of our gratitude.

This video is something else. WOW. I wonder how many sat down thinking it was going to be a mostly silly and fun romp with Grace and Rocky dismantling the movie, like me, and instead got hit in the face with REALITY.
We all got kinda used to all the happy science and silly banter and fun shenanigans, I don’t think many of us were ready to be confronted with just how impossibly difficult and downright traumatizing their mission must have been. I also agree with so many others in the comments, I do hope they didn’t feel forced to post the video just because so many were asking… But I also think this ought to be the most important video on this channel. Not only in the interest of historical preservation and direct testimony of the only two individuals in the galaxy who experienced such an insane feat and the combined desperation and ingenuity of two different planets… But also to remind all of us currently watching that, yes, they are people. They are people who risked their lives time and again, for our planets, and for one another. They are best friends. They are interstellar heroes. They are just two guys really interested in science and engineering who did something that sounds impossible, and defeated all odds on a cosmic level by collaborating.
And they are still just… People.
I think we all solely needed a reminder of that.

Things are a bit complicated. Eridians can distinguish between the real and fictional just fine, but that last scene in the movie hit a bit too close to home for comfort : °(

Well, the thing is… While I’m thankfully alive and well on Erid, right now, getting to this point wasn’t exactly a sure bet. During the last leg of our journey to Erid things got a bit dicey. I had to ration whatever little food I had left in order to make the journey, so I was incredibly malnourished… It got to the point I had to eat Taumoeba just for the empty calories, but that wasn’t enough either. I was suffering from pretty much every vitamin-deficiency related illness under the sun; scurvy, beriberi, you name it.
In a way I’m lucky, because I barely remember the last few months of our journey to Erid, but Rocky, like all Eridians, possesses an eidetic memory, and thus remembers those times with crystal-clear clarity. While I cannot recall much, I don’t think it’s hard to imagine just how difficult it must’ve been for him, watching me slowly waste away and not knowing if I was ever going to make it to Erid…
So, yeah, that last scene in the movie was quite triggering for him. It reminded him what could’ve happened with a bit less luck than what we had. Hence my decision not to re-record another discussion about the movie, since we lost the first one. I just didn’t want to force him to think about it and upset him again. Again, sorry if that disappointed some of you!

Sharing such a thing in a youtube comment, with ample disregard for propriety and acknowledgement of time-and-place, is the most Ryland Grace Blunder that has ever happened in the history of Ryland Grace Blunders. If I had any doubt left that it is really him recording and posting these videos (which I do not, enough experts have weighed in on the matter, on top of him just being… Himself) I certainly would’ve been finally convinced by that comment. I guess not even successfully completing a downright impossible mission and ending up living on an alien planet can change that man.

Gaia: Ok, but what was your favorite part?
Lucas: How do I even choose? There are so many— Maybe the moment Dr. Grace introduced his Eridian physician. Dr. House. The man surely has a way of naming things, huh?
[general laughter]
Sahil: No, but… Seriously. How do you even pick a single moment? The video was absolute peak ‘Grace and Rocky’ content from top to bottom. We got so much! Our first sights of planet Erid outside the Biodome! Getting introduced to the entire entourage of Eridians tasked with taking care of Dr. Grace, and their young! Interviews! We finally got to meet Adrian!
Gaia: Oh my god, Adrian. People were chomping at the bits for some of that Eridian romance, after Rocky mentioned his mate so much, and I was between them. Can I say? Not disappointed. Not disappointed in the slightest.
Sahil: Me neither. They were brilliant. Honestly, each and every one of them— I don’t know, do you think all Eridians are that smart and skilled, or is Dr. Grace a very lucky man?
Lucas: Who knows. I imagine Eridians’ eidetic memory probably keeps the median intellect of the planet quite high, they are basically living, sentient supercomputers— But I also imagine that Dr. Grace must be surrounded by incredibly specialized and capable Eridians, specifically. I mean, they are not only keeping alive an alien from a planet with wildly different atmospheric conditions, they are allowing him to thrive. That must take some serious competence and determination.
Sahil: Yeah, seriously. Can’t help but wonder if we humans would bother doing the same, had things gone differently…
Gaia: Hey, none of that in my show. A lot of people out there are all ‘if Dr. Grace had returned to Earth with Rocky, we would’ve dissected that alien in three seconds flat’, and you know what? I disagree. Vehemently.
Lucas: So you’ve said—
Gaia: No, listen. It’s easy to fall into doomerism, but I’m not going to. Yes, humanity can do plenty of horrible stuff, but we can also do plenty of amazing stuff. And I choose to believe that if roles had been reversed, we also would’ve taken care of Rocky to the best of our abilities. He helped save our planet. I refuse to believe that humanity is so rotten as to show no kindness to the first intelligent alien species we’ve met, who also had an active role in preventing our extinction!
Sahil: You have a point.
Gaia: Honestly, the video truly made me feel like Eridians and Humans are not all that different, at the end of the day. It was a vague idea I always had in the back of my mind, watching Dr. Grace and Rocky interact, but actually getting to see other Eridians in their element, at work, expressing themselves… They are not so different from us. And that is something that really gives me the warm fuzzies.
Sahil: Yes, it was wonderful to witness the wide range of personalities. It really paints Eridians as a species with a complex and emotional inner life… If that hadn’t been clear enough already just by watching Rocky.
Gaia: I have a confession… The end really got to me.
Lucas: What do you mean?
Gaia: I don’t know, that last shot of Dr. Grace surrounded by all those Eridians, standing right behind him on the other side of the xenonite wall— It really got to me. He’s clearly so fond of his Eridian friends, and yet there will always be a wall between them…
Lucas: Ah, yeah… It’s sad to think about, but what can you do? Super heated ammonia, man…
Sahil: You know, I see it differently.
Gaia: Oh? Do share.
Sahil: Yes, in a way it is sad to think that necessity requires a very firm separation between Dr. Grace and the Eridians… But is that also not testimony of the degree of Erid’s care for him? They are willing to go to such lengths to give him a safe home, and yet they also made the wall transparent, so he can see and interact and collaborate with them whenever he wants. He is not an animal in a cage— He’s a valued member of Erid’s society, and treated as such to the best of their ability and the limitations of our differing biologies. And I think that is such a wondrous thing…
Gaia: That’s… Beautifully put, Sahil.
Lucas: Yeah…
Gaia: That’s definitely the shift in perspective I needed. I think once we’re done recording I’m going right back to watch the video again, with that in mind. Thank you!

Eridian Adrian [ADRIAN] is currently standing in the familiar space of Grace’s living room, wearing the customary xenonite suit. The camera seems to wobble for several seconds, and then is finally settled, if a little lopsided.
[ADRIAN] Camera ready, question?
Eridian Rocky [ROCKY] walks into view, standing by Adrian’s side. The both of them have something neon green attached to their xenonite suits, placed on their front-facing side. It is a little bit difficult to discern what exactly it is.
[ROCKY] Yes, camera ready, statement! Hello Earth!
[ADRIAN] Hello, Earth!
[ROCKY] Today very special video! Grace not know about this!
[ADRIAN] Yes! Surprise surprise surprise!
[ROCKY] Many humans tell Rocky on twitter about Earth’s custom of day of fools! So today we celebrate day of fools on Erid, too, and prank Grace!
The both of them engage in what was baptized by Grace as ‘jazz hands’, clearly delighted by the prospect.
[ROCKY] Grace is done teaching pebbles, almost home! Adrian ready, question?
[ADRIAN] Adrian ready, statement!
They both seem to get ready for whichever plan they have in mind, standing at the sides of the entrance door. Several seconds pass as they lie in wait, and then a vague shape becomes visible through the round window installed on the door, before it is pulled open. Human Grace [GRACE] crosses the threshold, seemingly none the wiser, and is pretty much immediately ‘assaulted’.
[GRACE] What the flipping frick—!
[ROCKY] Happy day of fools!
[ADRIAN] We prank Grace!
Both Eridians are repeatedly pushing their front-facing side against Grace as he stumbles on his feet; each push is accompanied by a quick musical note, which is apparently translated as a ‘mwah’ noise by the familiar laptop. Grace starts laughing as he finally rolls on the ground, and continues to do so while both Rocky and Adrian keep bumping against him with repeated ‘mwah’ noises.
[GRACE] O-oh my God—
[ROCKY] We prank Grace! [mwah] Give many kiss with human lips! [mwah]
[ADRIAN] Humans always leaky [mwah] we give leaky kiss! [mwah] and film it for Earth! [mwah]
[GRACE] Guys— Oh my God— I can’t breathe—
Grace proceeds to continue laughing for several seconds as he is ‘kissed’, lying on his back on the floor. In the end, still jolted by laughs, he manages to climb back up on his feet and stumbles toward the camera to grab it.
[GRACE] You have to see this— Guys, stop— Look! Look at what they—
He is interrupted by more laughter as he tries to film Rocky and Adrian, who are still bumping into him over and over with a barrage of ‘mwah’s. The camera is wobbly, but from this closer point of view we can make out that the neon green attachments on the xenonite suits looks like a pair of stereotypical emoji lips, painted a vivid neon green color.
[GRACE] [still shaking with laughter] Look at what they made! Oh my God, I can’t even—
The camera is dropped with a soft thump, and we only see Grace’s hand and part of Adrian’s legs for the remaining few seconds of the video, filled with laughter and musical notes translated as ‘mwah’.
