Summary
The Crystals have watched every story unfold—every triumph, every sacrifice, every ending.
When mysterious invitations summon heroes from across the Final Fantasy multiverse to the Crystal Archives, a realm beyond the boundaries of time and worlds, they are welcomed by Lyra, the enigmatic Chronicler. An ancient prophecy has brought them together, though even she doesn't fully understand why.
What begins as an unexpected gathering soon becomes something more. Rivalries ignite, friendships form, romances blossom, and heroes who should never have met begin to feel like family. But something is wrong. Books containing their histories begin to change, memories no longer match what is written, and familiar enemies emerge where they shouldn't.
As distortions spread across worlds, the heroes uncover a conspiracy threatening not only their histories but also the freedom to determine their own futures. And at the center stands Lyra—a woman who has protected everyone else's story for centuries while pieces of her own have quietly disappeared.
Their stories were written once. Now, they'll fight to keep anyone from rewriting them.
