    Rick goes to Mr. Needful's store half-drunk for some silly things that Summer asked for, dumb teen stuff, because she's obsessed with a stupid teenager who pays her no attention.

    He ends up buying the One Wish Willow instead, a very common toy from the 80s which he remembered for hearing that people were granted what they most desired in reality. He no longer believed in such nonsense, but he thought Summer would enjoy having a trinket like that when she was desperate and wanted something with all her heart.

    I'll take a chance

    It gave her hope.

    Anyone can make a wish to come true; Mr. Needful said, the steps are simple:
    Say it out loud and break the willow branch.
    One wish per person, and most importantly, never regret it.

    Rick is convinced that this can help with something he's had in mind for a long time.
