Rui slowly entered the room, a bouquet of flowers in his hands. "Tsukasa. I'm here, my little star."
He approached the bed, brushing some hair out of Tsukasa's eyes. "I brought you flowers," He said while handing the bouquet to Tsukasa. "I hope you get better soon."
Tsukasa rolled his eyes. "Stop acting like I'm terminally ill. I just have a fever."
"But you can't do any acting like this." Rui put on an exaggerated frown. "And I hate to see you sick. We were supposed to do karaoke tonight."
Tsukasa grabbed the flowers, placing him on his nightstand. "We can still do that. A star always shines, even when--" He was interrupted by a cough.
Rui sat down on the edge of the bed. "Seriously, I do hope you get better soon. I don't like seeing you so sick."
"I'm not THAT sick!" Tsukasa sat up. "I barely have a fever. Worse thing is the cough. Nothing I can't handle, dear Rui!"
"Rest your voice." Rui grabbed Tsukasa's hand, kissing his boyfriend's knuckles. "So that you may use it to sing to me when you feel better."
Tsukasa blushed, and glanced away. "I can sing for you right now."
Rui smiled, but shook his head. "Not now, star. I'd love to hear you sing later, though."
Tsukasa nodded. "I guess I can wait..."
He decided to sing anyways. It sounded terrible. But Rui liked it, because it was Tsukasa singing.
When Tsukasa finished, Rui clapped for him. "You sounded amazing, Tsukasa."
Tsukasa beamed. "If you say it, it must be true!"
"I'll go get you some medicine now. And Gingle Ale. That helps when you're sick, right?"
"Right!"
Rui walked out of the room, coming back holding some medicine and a can of Ginger Ale. He poured the medicine into the small cup, and gently tilted up Tsukasa's chin. "Open up."
Tsukasa gagged as the medicine slid down his throat. He opened the Ginger Ale, drinking it to drown out the taste. "Ah...much better. Thanks, Rui."
"No problem." Rui decided to climb into bed with Tsukasa. "Anything you want to watch?"
Tsukasa thought for a moment. "Hmm...let's watch Spy x Family!"
Rui grabbed the remote, putting on the anime. "There." He cuddled up to Tsukasa, not caring if he caught whatever his boyfriend had.
Tsukasa chuckled. "Aww, Rui. You'll get sick."
Rui didn't care, instead wrapping his arms around one of Tsukasa's. "But you're too cozy. And I love you."
The two watched the anime for a few hours, and eventually, Tsukasa fell asleep.
Rui fell asleep right after.
