While he knows exactly how big the thing going inside him is and can kind of wrap his head around how deep it will get based on where it rests on his lower ribcage when it’s on his stomach, Alexander can’t quite comprehend how something like that could kill him. The way it’s being explained to him is so reasonable, as clinical as the short sexual education class in school, so it doesn’t make sense why something like sex could kill a person, but he nods and says, "Okay, Daddy," wanting to to seem grown up and like he understands how things like this work.
