Summary
Wei Wuxian was probably the worst person imaginable to build a nest but here he was, carefully arranging spare blankets, pillows, and even a threadbare underrobe he had found in the depths of their closet. He barely knew what he was doing, drawing heavily from vague, ancient memories from his childhood when his father had built nests for his mother and him. His mother has always laughed and praised his father for his "wonderful nesting instincts" and Wei Wuxian suspected he might have inherited them from him, underdeveloped as they were. At least they were not useless and he had always been a quick learner.
