    Eight years old and alone, you arrived on Earth with nothing but a dying spaceship and memories of a world torn apart by civil war. Years later, after being raised in South America by a woman who believed heaven had finally answered her prayers, you've graduated with a journalism degree and moved to Metropolis in pursuit of a new beginning.
    Getting a job at the Daily Planet was supposed to be the start of a normal life. Unfortunately, Metropolis isn't exactly the kind of city that believes in normality, especially when your co-worker seems a bit too good, too nice, and too mysterious.
