Work Text:
For as long as I can remember, or at least for most of my life before getting here, I have always worn a mask while awake (and I think I used to wear it to sleep as well, but I'm not sure).
The first one I wore was one my mother had made for me out of some fabric (maybe I should try to recreate it), but a few months (or at least I think it was a few months) after meeting Scott, he gave me a turtleneck that had a built-in mask, which I started wearing everyday, putting the built-in one over the one my mother had made me.
He apologized for his "low quality sewing" (bullshit if you ask me) but I cut him off by thanking him, already knowing I'd gotten a new wardrobe staple.
I'm thinking of remaking it, but we don't have the fabric for it.
