    What if, coroner-in-training Jason Carver is doing an autopsy on Billy after Star Court. The government want to know more about the mindflayer and they want samples of Billy, an autopsy record, reports, and xrays. But something happens when Jason touches the black goo where Billy’s organs should be, and the boy wakes up, coughing, gagging and screaming.
