Summary
The pressure of Aziraphale’s hand against Crowley's waist, and his legs wrapped around the angel, were causing worse lapses in his cognitive processing than the falling atmosphere. He had to stay focused, had to think of how to stop the end of the world--again!--well, blast it all, Crowley was done waiting on Hell to freeze over (realistically only about 2.5 hours in the future).
As Adam yelled, loosing another bolt of light in the direction of the stairway, Crowley reached out and placed his hand against Aziraphale’s cheek. Aziraphale’s eyes widened. Crowley’s face was almost against his, cheek pressed against cheek, and he murmured in Aziraphale’s ear,
‘Since the world is ending—well, to Hell with it, eh? I just thought you ought to know. I’ve been wanting to kiss you for at least six-thousand years.’

When miracles start to go awry and the rapture kicks off, Crowley and Aziraphale enlist the help of the Pulsifers and Adam Young to prevent the Second Coming. Fluff, mutual pining, being idiots and eventually some smut. This aims to provide a happy ending in lieu of the bin fire of Season 3.
