'“Alright,” he breathes darkly, leaning back into the leather seat. “We can talk now?”
“Uh. Yeah.” Aziraphale's glance flickers over him and he feels it like a flashlight in the dark. “I’m grounded, supposedly. Or, uh, ungrounded, technically. Firmly advised to stay in Heaven.”
He can't help the grin that steals onto his lips at the way Aziraphale's mouth twists into that familiar peeved line. “Ungrounded, Angel? Whatever did you–” He blanches. Oh shit. “They didn't…see us…did they?”
“Uh no, no they didn't,” Aziraphale mumbles, then glances up at him.'
There's a new prophet. Heaven wants them, and Crowley gets involved, because no matter how devastated he may be, he somehow still cares. Apparently.
Meanwhile, the Supreme Archangel is rumored to plan a revolution he himself isn't aware of. He's considered dangerous. Apparently. -

Crowley wasn't sure how he'd missed the thin trail of blood running down the side of his very-drenched head, but it was all too noticeable now.
He found his voice again. "What are you doing here?"
"Right," Aziraphale said. "Um..." His eyes went unfocused, and he wobbled. Crowley found himself, despite his utter shock at the situation, beginning to worry.
"Aziraphale, what happened to you?"
"What do you mean?"
"You're bleeding."
"I'm what?" Aziraphale reached up and touched the side of his head, eyes widening in surprise at the blood that smeared his fingertips. "Oh. So I am."
"What are you--?"
"Listen," Aziraphale said, "I'm terribly sorry to do this, because I know we aren't talking, but there's something I need to ask of you."
Crowley nodded slowly, his worry growing the more unfocused the angel's eyes became. "And what's that?"

He now thinks he's human, living above an unknown bookshop with a ditsy owner called Muriel who he's not sure knows she's supposed to be in charge. It's only until Crowley's able to process his messy emotions without the actual memory over the whole Aziraphale leaving to become the Supreme Archangel. Once he's calmed down the way humans do, resolves his anger and sadness properly, then it will be restored and the two of them can talk about everything again.
Until then..., Aziraphale is still allowed to check in while figuring out how to stop the Second Coming on earth, right?
