Summary
Two years after the events of the Final Act, Kinger and Caine have found a way to reverse Abstraction. Everyone should be happy about this, right! Right? Turns out the de-abstraction process is much messier than originally thought, and bringing back Jax shatters the status quo of the suddenly Not-So-Amazing Digital Circus.
Jax wants to change after seeing where his past behavior got him, but getting better is easier said than done. Pomni lands herself in hot water defending Jax, but wasn't bringing him back the right thing to do? Ragatha's insecurities return as she fears Pomni is going to replace her. Zooble is protective of Gangle, and sees Jax coming back as a threat to her. Gangle is unsure if she could look past what Jax has done. Caine still feels guilty for what he has done. Kinger just wanted his wife back.
This pressure cooker of angst and trauma can only have one logical conclusion: the rabbit comes out of the closet and grows as a person, then all of these emotionally repressed women (and Zooble) get horrendously gay for each other.
