Summary
Howard stark had help create the super soldier Steve rogers hoping he would be an inspiration to the world.
However red skulls control over S.H.I.E.D had been too strong and with Kobik under his control he not only rewrite Steves entire past to control him and is able to use him to take over America as a HYDRA state.
Eventually Steve took over the HYDRA becoming the supreme commander feared by most.
After sending bucky to assassinate tony starks parents to not only control stark industries but also to finally own his long-time obsession Anthony stark. Forcefully marring the stark heir, he finally solidifies he rule over the country.
However as tony realises not all is as it seems with his now controlling, possessive husband. He works with Pepper potts, Bruce banner, Natasha Romanoff, clint barton and many others to free America from the rule of HYDRA.
While simultaneously trying and failing to not fall in love with his husband when he sees the small glimpses of the real Steve peak out of cold, cruel exterior of his captor.
