   Summary

   After many decades of skillfully avoiding the problem, Thorin Oakenshield must now fulfill the last promise he made to his dying grandfather: to marry a Hobbit. The only problem is Thorin does not see himself settling down anytime soon. Yet the Thain’s insistence on the matter means he can avoid it no longer.

   A lottery is drawn up, shenanigans ensue, and an Acedemic Hobbit, Bilbo Baggins, finds himself in the center of it all.
