Summary
Severus was young when he started teaching. Decades younger than his fellow Heads of Houses, and he certainly acted like it, too. So the House Heads came to a decision: if Severus wasn't going to change willingly, then they were going to have to correct his behaviour themselves. Severus may not be happy about it, but he'll come to see in time, just as they know, that this is where he truly belongs.
