Buck was in the firehouse kitchen, preparing lunch for the whole house. He was making Eddie’s favorite lasagna, with 6 different types of cheese— yes he loves going all out for his boyfriend, sue him. He was cooking the meat on the stove, heavily seasoning it— just how Eddie likes it. When suddenly a pair of arms wrapped around his waist. His nose was filled with a musky smell; he wrinkled his nose at the smell.
“Eddie, I’m tryna cook— get away from me. You are all sweaty and gross, you are ruining my uniform from your sweaty workout clothes,” Buck said while stirring the pot, trying not to burn the meat.
Eddie tightened his arms around Buck even more, and started peppering small kisses on his neck, occasionally nibbling at it.
“No… can’t I hug my boyfriend after a long hard workout?” Eddie asked, tilting his head and resting it at Buck’s shoulder.
Buck sighed, turned around, and indulged him.
“Hi baby,” He said and placed a small peck on Eddie’s lips.
“Hello to you too, handsome,” He said as he stole another kiss.
At that moment, Ravi and Harry made their way to the kitchen and saw the scene in front of them. They immediately groaned loudly and started to fake gag.
“You know this is a violation of your HR contract, right? What happened to ‘chain of command’.” Harry said as he made his way to the fridge to grab himself a protein shake.
“Well, Harry.. It isn’t my fault that you are single and have no one to kiss.” Eddie said as he stuck his tongue out, rolling his eyes at Harry, and went back to staring at his boyfriend.
Ravi started laughing as Harry mumbled something about ‘low blow man’ whatever that means; he doesn’t care; he only cares about Buck, his boyfriend. Finally, after years of unsaid feelings, he is Buck’s, and Buck is his, so he can be insufferable about it whenever he wants to be.
“Harry is right though, don’t make me tell Cap that this is your 6th violation of the day, we don’t need to see your sweet sappy love at work,” Ravi said as he sat down on the stool, munching on an apple.
“So you hate love, and want us to die” Eddie said with a deadpan expression.
“Eddie! that’s literally what he didn't say, just go and take a shower. I made your favorite lasagna,”
“Okay..” Eddie pouted
Then he nudged bucks arm. Buck turned to look at him, Eddie had his lips puckered out and pointed it with his index finger at them. Buck smiled sweetly and gave him a chaste kiss. As they pulled apart, Eddie leaned in again and stole a couple of pecks, for good measure.
“I love you baby..” Eddie mumbled against Buck’s lips.
“I love you too, but I would love you more if you would take a shower,” Buck said, going back to making his lasagna.
“Seriously guys? Right in front of my salad?” Ravi complained, taking a huge bite out of the apple.
“You’re literally eating an apple; what are you saying?” Eddie said, visibly confused.
Ravi then said smth under his breath about being media illiterate.
Eddie sighed as he detached himself from Buck and made his way down to the lockers. His mind was only filled with Buck. Smiling to himself, he got his stuff out and quickly went to take a shower; the faster he took a shower, the faster he would be with Buck again.

Ever since the scare of Bobby’s death, Bobby made it a rule for bi-weekly family dinners. It was a Sunday when the whole 118 family was off, so they were invited to the newly furnished Nash-Grant house.
Buck hurried everyone outta the house, carrying a dish of cinnamon rolls. He did not trust Eddie to carry it, knowing he would try to eat it, so he decided to be the one to sit in the passenger seat. Christopher and Theo were outta the equation because he knew they would finish it before they even made it to Bobby’s house.
Eddie got Theo situated in his booster seat, pressing a kiss with a loud MWAH on his forehead. Theo giggled at the action and started squirming, yelling, ‘stop eddie, it tickles’. Eddie looked at Christopher, motioning him to come closer.
“Don’t even think about it, Dad.” Chris deadpanned.
Eddie pouted and shut the door behind him, making his way to the driver’s side. He sat down with a sigh. Then he looked over at Buck, who was already looking at him with a sappy expression plastered. Eddie smiled instantly— grabbed his face with both his hands and pressed a kiss on his forehead with an exaggerated MWAH.
Chris just rolled his eyes at them and started playing on his phone, which caught Theo’s attention.
Eddie started to drive, thrumming his hands on the wheel, mumbling the lyrics to ‘This magic moment’. It was the song that was playing when they first kissed. He smiled at the memory and momentarily looked towards Buck, who was also mumbling the lyrics— looking outside the window. He had a protective grip on the dish, as if it was gonna disappear.
Eddie held out his hand over the console, as Buck looked at him. Buck mouthed ‘I love you’ and instantly intertwined their hands. Eddie mouthed ‘I love you more’ back to him, rubbing his thumb back and forth over their intertwined hands in a comforting manner. He truly did love Buck so much. Buck doesn’t know how much Eddie loves him. He needs him like the air he breathes.

They made their way to Bobby and Athena’s place in no time. Eddie quickly got out of the car and opened Buck’s door and bowed a little. Buck laughed at his antics, calling him silly, but pecking him as soon as he got out.
“What about meee?” Theo fussed from the back of the car
“Duty calls, I’ll meet u inside?” Eddie said, already making his way to Theo’s side.
Buck nodded as he and Chris made their way into the house. Chris was excited to play his new game with Denny.
“Let’s get you out my little bug.” Eddie coos at Theo
“Teddyyyy I’m not a bug, I’m Theo.” Theo says as he crosses his arms.
“Silly me, forgive me sir.” Eddie laughs and frees Theo from the booster seat.
They both make their way inside; Theo starts kicking his legs, indicating he wants to be let down. Eddie looks around, trying to find Buck. He was nowhere to be seen. Eddie frowned and made his way to the kitchen. There, he finds Buck with May and Maddie. Eddie makes his way to Buck and places his hand on the small of Buck’s back.
“Hey, I missed you,” Eddie said, nuzzling his nose on Buck’s neck.
“It’s literally been 2 minutes, don’t be dramatic,” Buck said.
“Too many minutes without youu.” Eddie drawled out.
“At this rate, you might as well handcuff yourself with him, Eddie,” May said while sipping on her water.
“I would, if I could; our job is very demanding,” Eddie deadpanned and dragged Buck to the living room where everyone else was sitting. There was only one spot on the sofa left, so Eddie did what he thought was the best solution.
As Eddie sat down, he patted his thigh— motioning Buck to sit on his lap. Buck eyes widened at the gesture as his face turned red.
Eddie rolled his eyes. Why was Buck scandalized at the idea of him sitting on Eddie’s lap? He pulled Buck’s arm and manhandled him onto his lap, tightening his grip on Buck’s stomach.
“Eddie! What are you doing?” Buck whisper-yelled, looking back at him with a horrified expression.
“I just want to sit with my boyfriend; is that a problem now too?” Eddie looked at buck with a playful expression.
“Yeah i get that, but we are literally with our family right now, this is not–” Buck was cut off by Karen.
“Glad to know your honeymoon phase is still going strong.”
Everyone laughed around them, Buck hid his face in the crook of Eddie’s neck, clearly flustered at the sudden attention.
Eddie rubbed Buck’s back and said, “It’s okay, they are just jealous of our love.”
“We are not jealous of your disgustingly sweet love; we are just surprised how blunt you guys are with your— whatever this is,” Harry said, motioning his hands weirdly towards their direction.
Eddie doesn’t care what anyone thinks; what Eddie wants, Eddie will get, period.
He sighs happily as Buck readjusts himself into a comfortable position, back resting against the side rest, legs splayed all over Eddie’s.
Buck would feed Eddie candy here and there, and Eddie would peck him in return. Yes, he did hear the boo’s from Ravi and Harry, but he is right where he needs to be; sue him for having his boyfriend around him at all times.

It was finally Buck and Eddie’s day off, after a long, grueling shift, all they wanted to do was be in each other’s arms and sleep the whole day. That’s what they were doing right now. Chris was on a school field trip, and Theo was with his Peepaw. Buck was a little hesitant at first, but Bobby assured him, and Theo was so excited to go and stay a night at his Peepaw’s.
Eddie was spooning Buck, holding him tightly— even in his sleep. Suddenly there was a knock on the front door. Eddie groaned and told Buck to ignore it. The knocks were insistent, so Buck sat up, rubbed his eyes, and grabbed his shirt.
“I’ll be back baby,” Buck said, kissing Eddie’s forehead as he climbed off the bed.
“You don’t love me anymore,” Eddie huffed, as he grabbed Buck’s pillow and hugged it.
Buck ignored Eddie’s comment and made his way to the front door.
“M-Maddie, what are you doing here so early?” He gave her a side hug.
“It’s literally 10 AM, Buck, and I was hoping to have breakfast with you. Life has been so busy; I haven’t had the time to talk one-on-one with my baby brother.”
She waves the takeout bag infront of him, making her way to the living room. Buck closed the door behind him and sat next to Maddie, taking out the breakfast burrito; it was from their favorite breakfast place.
“It’s been so long since i’ve had this.” Buck groaned as he unwrapped the burrito and took a huge bite out of it.
“Eat slowly, it’s all yours,” She smiled at him and took a bite of her burrito too.
“So how’s Jee and Baby robby?” Buck asked
“Jee is at school right now, just dropped her off, and Chimney took Robert for a ‘ Guys day out ‘ whatever that means,”
Buck laughed, and they continued their talk when he heard Eddie padding into the living room. His hair was disheveled; he put on a tank top but was barefoot. His eyes were barely open. He made his way to Buck, pouting so hard. He sat beside Buck and rested his head on Buck’s shoulder.
“You took too long; I couldn’t sleep without you,” Eddie mumbled, sleep clearly visible in his voice.
“I’m sorry, Maddie brought me breakfast, and I forgot to tell you,” Eddie scoffed and replied.
“Oh, I’m sorry for disturbing your sibling time; guess I'll just rot in OUR bed all ALONE.”
Buck rolled his eyes; he straightened himself, plastering his back against the sofa and opening his arms. Eddie smiled so brightly as if he had won the lottery, and snuggled in Buck’s embrace. He fell asleep almost immediately.
Buck smiled at him, kissing his head; then intertwining his hand in his hair, playing w it, scratching it occasionally.
Maddie looked at their interaction, getting a bit teary-eyed. They really were in their own little world, and she was so glad that Buck had finally found his person.
Maddie grabbed the throw blanket from behind the sofa, and handed it to Buck. Buck mumbled a small ‘Thank you’ and draped it over them.
Buck and Maddie continued talking in a hushed tone, not wanting to disturb Eddie’s sleep.

Eddie was at his bi-weekly wine nights with the girls (Athena, Karen, Hen, May and Maddie). They were all gathered at the Wilson house. May had made them all some sweet fruity cocktails that she saw on Instagram. Eddie was a sucker for anything sweet, so who was he to stop at only one?
Eddie had drunk 3 cocktails, or was it 4? He doesn’t know— doesn’t care. Wine nights was created to talk shit about their significant others, and gossip about their workplace— or any drama.
When it was Eddie’s turn to complain about Buck, He couldn’t think about any flaw. Buck was truly flawless in Eddie’s eyes, he was caring, he made him food, he took the utmost care of him, and don’t get him started on Chris and Theo. Buck loved them both so much, he wants to have a million babies with him.
“You can’t have a million babies with Buck, Eddie… He is a man.” Karen slurred, Hen nodding at her wife’s statement.
“So? I’ll die trying, or he will die trying, I don’t care,” Eddie said petulantly.
Speaking of Buck, where is his Buck? Eddie frowned at the thought. Where is he?
“Have you seen my Buck,” Eddie slurs, pointing at himself as he said the word ‘my Buck’
All of them say no in chorus. Eddie was about to cry, he needs to find his Buck or he will literally combust.
“Everyone, f–find my Buck, I need him right now!" Eddie said as he got up from the chair and started to look around the house.
All of them were drunk outta their minds, so they got worried about Buck missing. They started to search around the house together.
“Wait! W–we could call him!” May screeched. That perked up Eddie; he instantly got his phone out and clicked on Buck’s contact info.
‘My Baby💓’ He smiled at it and pressed call
ring ring ring
“Hello—” “BUCK!” Eddie cut Buck right off
“I’ve been looking for y–you everywhere— where are you?” Eddie questioned, bordering on tears.
“I’m at home, remember?” He could hear Buck’s smile through the phone.
“C–can you c–come get meeee, I miss you sooo soo sooo m–much” Eddie whined into the mic, clutching the phone hard as if it was gonna disappear.
“Already on my way,” Buck said softly, then added, “Drink some water, I’ll be there to you in no time, baby, I love you.”
“I love you moreeeeeee. Guys Buck told me he lovesssss me!” He said to everyone around him.
“God give us strength,” Athena said under her breath, she was the least drunk at the moment.

Buck made his way to the Wilson house. He was about to knock when the door suddenly swung open and a body was thrown at him.
“Take him away from us; he has been talking about you non-stop. Drive safely!” Athena said as she closed the door.
“I didn’t even talk about you that much…” Eddie mumbled in Buck’s chest. Buck laughed at him and placed his hand on Eddie’s waist as he walked to the car. He opened the passenger seat and got Eddie settled. He moved forward to put the seatbelt on— Eddie saw the opportunity and placed a kiss on his ear.
Buck smiled to himself, patting Eddie’s thigh once he was done. Eddie grabbed Buck’s arm when was about to move away
“Aren’t you g–gonna kiss me?” Eddie said, puckering his lips out.
“How foolish of me, lemme fix that right now,” Buck said as he connected their lips.
Eddie moaned at the touch, grabbing Buck’s neck, deepening their kiss even more. He swiped his tongue on Buck’s mouth, wanting to eat him alive. Literally.
They made out for a few minutes. Eddie trailed his kisses down Buck’s neck when Buck pulled back.
“I don’t wanna get arrested for public indecency; we’ll continue at home.” He pecked Eddie’s lips one last time as he closed the door to the passenger seat, got into the driver’s seat and drove off.

They jumped off the fire engine; it was a bad shift, and Buck got hurt. Well, not badly, but still. He bumped his head on a beam due to an unstable floor. Eddie blamed himself because he wasn’t a firefighter anymore; he was a paramedic. He couldn’t have Buck’s back, and Buck got hurt due to that.
“Eddie for the millionth time, I am fine! it’s not a big deal, it’s just a small gash. It didn’t even need any stitches, Hen and Chimney both cleared me.” Buck said as he shut his locker.
“I’m sorry for caring about my boyfriend,” Eddie said, rolling his eyes
“I know you are blaming yourself, but Eddie, it’s a small gash, i’m okay— look at me. Yeah, there u go, baby, i really am okay.” Buck said, placing both his hands on Eddie’s face.
Eddie wasn’t phased; he just grabbed Buck’s arm and dragged him to the washroom. He motioned Buck to hop on the counter and sit down. Buck gave a deadpanned look, but indulged nonetheless.
Eddie took off the bandaid— it wasn’t bleeding anymore, but it was bright red. Eddie made a displeasing sound at the sight, grabbed a clean cloth and ran it under lukewarm water.
Eddie got inbetween Buck’s open legs, placed one hand on his thigh, and the other one cleaning the wound. Buck winced at the contact but didn’t budge. Once Eddie was done with cleaning it, he placed a new bandaid over it, gave him a kiss with a MWAH™️ , and hugged Buck.
“Are you okay?” Buck asked, surprised at the latter’s action.
“I should be the one asking you that…” Eddie said, tucking Buck’s head on his shoulder, petting him softly.
Buck sighed contentedly and clung to Eddie’s waist, rubbing his hands up and down.
“I love you, Eddie. Thank you for taking care of me,” Buck said, Kissing Eddie’s neck as a thank you.
Eddie hummed and just hugged Buck tighter.

It was late at night, Eddie and Christopher were finally moved into Buck’s house. They spent the whole day moving furniture, deciding what goes or what stays. Now they were laying side by side on the bed, completely drained from today’s events, none of them moving an inch.
Then Eddie moved and laid his head on Buck’s chest. It was no secret that Eddie loved Buck’s chest, especially the space between his pecs. If you were searching for Eddie, you would probably find him there— nestled between Buck’s pecks.
Buck placed his hand in Eddie’s hair, playing with the silky strands. Then a thought wandered in his mind— a convo he had with Ravi and Harry a couple days prior when they were assigned to get the groceries.

“You know, when you and Eddie got together, I thought it would be you to be the clinger in the relationship,” Harry said as he added 3 packs of cheddar cheese.
Buck frowned at that. “What do you mean?”
“Well you know– it’s just— he is the one who is always approaching you, following you around everywhere— he literally wanted to come with us even though he had work of his own that he needed to tend to.” Harry said, shrugging.
Huh, Eddie does cling to him more than he clings to Eddie.

“Hey Eddie?” Buck nudged Eddie’s arm. Eddie hummed in response.
“The other day Harry said smth to me, and it got me thinking… Did you know you are the one to always cling to me? I mean I definitely thought I was clingy, but u beat me to it,” Buck said
Eddie froze, and quickly detached himself from Buck’s body, and sat up on his knees. Buck frowned at the action and followed to do the same.
“I’m sorry, I knew I was being too clingy— it’s just— you are the only one to make me feel this way— you make me wanna crawl into your skin, I want to be with you every second—” Eddie’s rambling is cut off by Buck.
“—Hey, I never said it’s a bad thing. I love it when you need me every second of your life; I also need you like the air I breathe— sometimes I just— I just want to handcuff you to myself, so we are together everywhere we go,” Buck grabs Eddie’s hands and places them on his lap.
Eddie is teary-eyed; he looks up at Buck, and his eyes were the same too. He grabbed Buck’s face and pulled him into a slow yet hungry kiss. Buck moaned at the contact and returned with the same passion. Eddie’s hands were roaming around Buck’s clothed body, as if he was tryna memorise every muscle.
“God, I love you so much. You were literally made for me, and me only,” Eddie said breathlessly when he pulled back. Buck smirked and went back to kissing him.
In conclusion, they both are obsessed with each other, and they are totally okay with that.
