“McMillin, you said? Is Mikey your brother?” Frank asks genuinely.
He watches as the other boy’s face lights up at the recognition. “Yeah! You know Mikey?” he wonders.
”Yeah I met him last period in precalc. My friend Ray introduced him and said he was cool or whatever. So you guys are new here?” Frank replies.
Gerard nods solemnly, “yeah, moved here last month. Really fucking sucked to be honest. Moving senior year is not for the weak. Especially when it’s to some preppy uniformed school. No offense.”
