   Summary

   Cliff looks over at Ilya as Coach Reilly starts to address the team again, and finds that Ilya is looking stubbornly ahead, his jaw clenched. Cliff nudges his stick against Ilya’s calf, trying to show some silent support, but Ilya just keeps his eyes trained forward. His shoulder is still brushing against Cliff’s, though.
