Summary
After the death of Kurosaki Masaki, Isshin Shiba restored the Shiba clan to its former glory before placing his children in the spotlight, allowing them to be Soul Reapers. His eldest son - now known as Shiba Ichigo - presented as an omega, so he was raised under the eyes of his clan, forced to live like a caged bird in his own estate while studying etiquettes and what it means to live as a representative of his own clan.
After escaping from a blind date arranged by Rukia, Abarai Renji escapes and hides in the Shiba Estate. He soon met 15-year-old (at least, he looks like it) Shiba Ichigo in the estate, sparking a forbidden romance between the former Rukongai delinquent and the pride and joy of the Shiba clan. Renji was forced to make decisions, questioning traditions while teaching Ichigo lessons about the freedom most people had… Even if it means hiding Ichigo in Karakura Town and teaching him how to truly live without a cage.
