“Hey losers do not forget the meeting with the team later” MJ told us as we left the cafeteria, me and Ned nodded as we went to our classes, I have chemisty, MJ has art and Ned has programming. The three of us are part of the Academic Decathlon of Midtown School of Science and Technology and apparently we would be having a meeting later regarding an announcement from our teacher in charge Mr Harrington. Time flew as I already know what the teachers are teaching and then the bell rung I head to our room and saw that Betty, Cindy and Val are already inside I took a seat and went to greet them
“Hi guys, any idea what the announcement is?” I asked
“Hey pete and I think it’s about a fieldtrip I heard some of the teachers talking about it” Val said
“If it’s a fieldtrip where do you think it is?” Betty said and even added “I hope it’s not another museum”
“Well I hope it’s an amusement park” Cindy chimed in and after she said that Max and Flash walk in and took their seats
“What amusement park?” Max ask confused wherein Cindy added
“We think the announcement is bout a field trip” at that statement Flash chimed in
“Well hopefully it’s a cheap amusement park after all Penis here would not be able to attend otherwise” and there it is the classic highschool bully as much as possible I try to ignore him I just went and took out my earphones scrolling thru tiktok when Ned entered and sat beside me followed by MJ then Abe and lastly Claire walk in with Sir Harrington. When Sir Harrington carrying a bunch of papers and went to his table he then spoke
“Okay team as you know we just won the finals and while last year we were able to stroll around DC this year we weren’t able too, with that Sir Warren apparently knows someone from Stark Industries and was able to secure a field trip which will happen this Friday." I hear the team going crazy cause that is Stark Industries at the corner of my eye I see MJ going to Sir Harrington to get the papers and start to distribute them “With that here are your permission slips as well as an NDA to be signed by your parents or guardians. A $50 fee is required as it will cover your transportation as well as a $20 dollar lunch. We would be leaving here on Friday at exactly 9 am so the call time is 8:30. The forms need to be passed by Wednesday and late forms will no longer be entertained.” After Sir Harrington said he then said his goodbyes.
“OHMYTHOR PETER!!!” Ned yelled “STARK INDUSTRIES”
“I know Ned”
“Pete..OMG Do you think we will see the labs? Why do you think we need NDAs? Do you think we will see some top secret things?”
“I don’t know dude, I haven’t been on a tour not to mention I don’t really spend any time downstairs this is a first for me too” I said
“You should really savor this opportunity penis after all this might be your only time stepping inside of SI” Flash annoying voice said, I rolled my eyes at that cause he don’t know how wrong he is
“Your obsession with my boyfriends penis is really disturbing Eugene” I heard MJ’s voice from behind me at that remark Flash stuttered
“I-I am NOT!!! and do not call me Eugene” at that he left and went with Max who was talking to his girlfriend Claire the three of us laugh as I went to sneak a kiss at MJ
“That was awesome babe” I said
“Well it was disturbing and I find his voice annoying” She said and I laughed at that as the three of us went out with MJ locking the door. We then intertwined our hands as we walked out, Ned parted ways with us while I escorted MJ home as we walked. I can't help but admire the curls in her hair, the way she walks, and just the girl boss aura she carries. We continued to chat about random things, like how Ms Anna and Mr Percy are finally dating, the star football player broke his leg and we didn’t notice but we finally reached MJ’s house
“I guess this is your stop” I said
“I guess it is, are you gonna you know to the tower?” MJ asked
“Yah I’ll just find somewhere to change” I replied then I hugged her and ran away yelling “I love you MJ see you tomorrow!” I heard her laughing and she went inside, locking the door behind her. I then searched for somewhere to change when I found this alley with no CCTV and people and then grabbed a red and blue fabric with a spider design and put it on pressing the spider emblem to make it fit my body and I pressed my webshooter and swung my way to the tower.
