Summary
It has been seven years since Azulon passed and Ozai took the throne to usher in an era of peace among the world and progress was slow but steady. The greatest of his accomplishments was finally being placed in motion. This year, on the day Sozin's Comet had streaked through the sky all those years ago, Ozai's eldest son, Prince Zuko, prized omega of the Fire Nation and full bearer of Agni's blood, would wed Sokka, beloved alpha of the Southern Water Tribe and receiver of Tui's blessing. The two were to be what the Avatar had failed to be a hundred years ago, complete yin and yang, the sun and the moon working in harmony, to bring the world back into balance.
The only issue is that this peace is all a lie.
