    Garak has been Castellan for three years now. Cardassia is slowly starting to flourish under a free and democratic society. Yet, while his home world looks to a brighter future, Garak is still stuck in the shadows. Dr. Julian Bashir has been in a coma for the whole of those three years and there is little anyone has been able to do to wake his love from the depth of his mind.

    However, a deadly plot starts to uncoil when Skrain Dukat’s ex-wife and a federation citizen are found dead.
