    It is the 44th Millennium.

    Guided by ancient prophecy, desperate necessity, and the faint promise of salvation, a final, desperate exodus takes shape. The last survivors of Humanity, the Aeldari, the T'au, and the Leagues of Votann abandon the grave of their galaxy, setting course for a mythical gateway said to pierce the veil between universes.
