Chapter Text
It had been three long years since Bill Cipher was defeated at the hands of the Pines family and sent to the Theraprism. Bill had loathed every second he spent there. He did not care about "love" or "empathy" or "change." All he cared about was revenge. Revenge on the twins who had doomed him to this fate. He wanted to escape, but he knew better than to challenge the Axolotl herself.
It was on this particular day that Bill was in his own corridor, writing threatening messages on the wall with chalk, when the door swung open. "William Cipher!" A booming voice called out. Bill turned around to see the Axolotl floating in the doorway, her arms crossed and a stern look on her face.
"What do you want this time?" Bill asked in an annoyed voice.
"You have gone too far, William." The Axolotl began. "Over the course of your sessions, your behavior has been nothing but disruptive. You transformed your fellow patients into objects without their consent. You traumatize them for your own amusement. And the final nail in the coffin was when you made that utterly disturbing book and sent it to the outside world, which, as you know, violates the Theraprism terms of service."
"Oh, come on, I was just trying to keep myself entertained." Bill retorted. "This place is so boring. You think I want to be here?"
"Boredom is no excuse for all the harm you've done to your other patients, who, just like you, are trying to change for the better." The Axolotl argued.
"You think I wanna change?" Bill replied. "I just wanna get out of here and get my revenge!"
The Axolotl was not amused. "I never thought it would come to this." She decided. "But you leave me no other choice."
The Axolotl then conjured a chair underneath Bill and locked his wrists to it, forcing him to sit.
"H-hey! What's the big idea!" Bill yelled as he struggled to break free.
"Your behavior has been the worst I have ever seen at this facility." The Axolotl began. "Which means you are the first patient in centuries to receive this treatment."
"What are you gonna do? Give me a detention?" Bill remarked.
"Far worse than that." The Axolotl answered. "You will be sent to the outside world in the body of a human. You will be stripped of your powers, and you will have 100 days to learn the value of love, or else you will be erased from the face of the multiverse forever."
Bill's single eye widened in fear as he heard the Axolotl's words. "WHAT?" He exclaimed. "You can't do this to me! Do you know who I am?"
"I know exactly who you are." The Axolotl answered, leaning forward until she was inches from Bill's triangular face. "And that is exactly why I am doing this."
With that, a portal opened under the chair, and Bill fell at an incredible speed with no conception of where he would end up.
