    When Shane Hollander has a career ending injury, everything changes for him. He no longer has what he dreamt of for years, causing him to change into somebody that Ilya Rozanov, his husband, does not recognize.

    Shane Hollander really does not like driving his husband’s sports cars, but when his own practical, good in the snow, Jeep breaks down, he has no other choice. Forced to use one of Ilya’s overly eccentric vehicles, he drives it as carefully as possible

    On his way, however, a semi truck’s failed braking system causes it to slam into the car, nearly killing Shane. He survives, thankfully, but he no longer has the use of his legs.

    And, to him, that is worse than dying. To him, life loses all meaning.
