   (THIS IS NOT MY ORIGINAL IDEA- credits to GhostBeanie) The avengers(mostly tony)want to sue Peter Parker for not only selling pictures of Spider-man to the Bugle (which does not get spidey a good reputation), but they are also suspicious of him since he is always where spidey is making them believe that he might be working with some villans to get the best spidey pictures to sell or for other reasons.
